The 10-year boiler plan offers customers an affordable way of renewing their home heating systems and providing a brand new energy-efficient gas boiler. Find out more about the benefits here.
If you want to sell the property before the end of the 10 year period, you can pay the remainder of the outstanding balance less a 10% discount. Alternatively, the scheme can be transferred to the new owner of the property if both parties agree (and subject to the normal credit checks).
When the 10-year period has finished the boiler belongs to you.
In the unlikely event that the boiler is beyond repair it would be replaced free of charge.
No, all callouts are included, and we will respond within 24hours.
We will cancel your existing contract and you can cancel your payment with the Bank.
The annual service is included in the scheme, and we will contact you when it’s due.
No, your monthly payment will stay the same throughout the 10-year boiler plan.
